The taste of waste

The taste of waste

Forlorn living life with a crown of thorns
Torn unborn nothing left for me to learn
Skewed desperately trying to elude
Fall crawl help me when I feel so small
Happiness is obviously not meant to last
I’m falling so fast…

Dream and I finally find self-esteem
Awake fake and trying hard not to break
Remembering the girl, my heart feels like its dismembering
Kiss miss realizing all you can do is reminisce
Taste of love, gone oh what a waste
I fall knowing I’m going to be replaced

Joy I don’t know just use it as a decoy
Laugh chaff don’t forget your other half
Hide under that mask so no one knows the other side died
Smile awhile she says, but my love couldn’t even last a measly mile
Awoke tears I try to choke
Happiness I am trying so hard to evoke…
