On the other side I decided to take that ride
The apathy I feel and the sulking stride along for the tide
Walk with me tell me who to be
The less I care the more I tare, why can’t you see?

You made me believe love I could actually achieve
The communicable fever turned me into an unbeliever
When all I can see is you, I’m realizing I’m just a dreamer
Wake me from my own reality so I can see I’m floating in a lonely sea

When one feels so small it is so much easier to see love is all
Take it from me so I know I won’t ever fall again
Frozen over so no one can ever climb this great wall
A toll that over and over will burden many men

An abstruse feeling that never will let me loose
Just wanting to be on cloud nine, warm down the spine
To destroy my self-abuse and loosen this tight noose
But I will never find that excuse that will let me write this truce
