Nothing can stop these droplets from falling
No way to change the direction that they crash
They’ll keep on falling, because they’re unstoppable

A flash of lightning flashes, and within an instant
There in the distance you hear a crack
An incurable crack, one that will never be mended

So these droplets will keep falling, with no finish in sight
Pouring out, no way to measure how many have fallen
Though the laughter inside keeps roaring at this sight

What of the broken thing in the distance?
There’s no hope for it, just let it be forgotten
This life moves on, and no crack is worth stopping it

Let the droplets keep falling, with no ending
This tragedy is bound to keep happening with no conclusion
Take this moment, and know, it’s going to occur again.
