Gold And Silk

Gold And Silk

Ageless youth of fairy tales told of Kings
and Queens in Castles high on mountains tops.
Where ships float on puffy clouds, and toys
dance on top the shelves.
These are the stories made of ink and paper.
But as you read them to a child, they become
gold and silk.
I pass these stories on to you my son.
When you read the words of ink and paper,
watch your Childs eyes turn the pages to
gold and silk.
