Here I am, lost in your sleepy eyes,
Hypnotized by your lively bright smile.
Though I know this might be unwise,
Something in your smile takes me a thousand mile,
To a world of fantasy, it took me by surprise,
and to the seventh cloud, my heart simply flies

I wonder who sets the rules of when, where and how,
and who assumes to be an expert in true love and a sacred vow...
Who decides to the chamber of your heart who to allow,
and when do you know that it is finally time to avow...

How do you explain that feeling you hold inside,
and your strong intuition that eventually your two worlds will coincide...
How will you ever know what the future will provide,
And what will pop up throughout your ride...

Crazy, they accuse you, because it took only one glance
Delusional, they assure you, they believe you don’t have a single chance
Reality, they preach you, is not a passionate night in France
Let it go, they advice you, they fear it is just a suicidal dance

Though the future is vague, and the beginning did not yet start
Playing it safe is never considered as playing it smart
Sometimes a risk is what it takes to achieve the ultimate desire of your heart
And the immortal hope despite the fact that your dream might fall apart
