What If

What If

Silent whispers, side glance stares,
Gentle brushes as signs we care.
Gleaming at him with no one in sight,
Wishing it was me he was holding at night.
Passing of moments with words not spoke,
Thinking that someone would find it a joke.
Intensity in his soul as he recites his life,
Without knowing one day i dream of being his wife.
The tone in his voice as he would just speak,
No notion all i craved from him was a peak.
Not of his body or unclothed skin,
But a look at the man he harboured with in.
The mysterious way he would fix his face,
Or the gentle way i embraced his grace.
The words that were spoke when we were alone,
Or how we flirted innocently when noone was home.
All that he changed to become his own man,
The days he did him but in his heart was our plan.
The things not everyone could see,
Are all the things that brought him to me.
The mystery thats there is our destiny,
As he brought my dreams to reality.
