Who am I in the Mirror Karen?

Who am I in the Mirror Karen?
Bom Bom - Bom Bom - Bom Bom,
Thats my Heart Karen, beating so slow its almost stopped,
I'm looking in the mirror Karen,
I'm tired and drawn,
Your antics have drained my soul of every ounce of pleasure and replaced it with pain,
I loved you Karen, I really really loved you,
My eyes tell a different picture now,
Full of tears and distant memories,
I can only remember your face Karen,
The last time I saw your face,
Shadows are cast across the bags of my eyes, where once joy lied in the receiving of your smile,
Your smile Karen, the smile that haunts me, that makes me look away from the mirror,
My lips are so dry, from the lack of your kisses,
I'm unshaven and dowdy, I've given up Karen,
I chased you forever, to win you back, to love you again,
The smell from your hair still emanates to my nose,
Are you here?
No reflection, except in the sorrow of my face,
I can't look in the mirror no more Karen,
I am not the man that I was,
I struggle with my identity,
Who am I in the mirror Karen?
