we stood in the cold january air singing those songs we now call childish.
we watched those dark clouds go by and
we said we would always be by each others side.
but that same night i got that call, that i never knew would change it all.
you we''re leaving to go on that plane to that place far away.
tears down both our eyes. things changed in just flash. cold air rushing by,
my best friendship that i thought would last, was at the cliff of past friendships that were laying in ashes.
now your new life has started over while im still at that spot where we last stood on that january evening.
you say were still best friends but times have changed.
you''ve changed and i''ve changed.
but those memories are still there.
lingering at the horizon.
thats something that will never change.
i miss you.
