The blood is on your shirt again,
Against the wall, you''ve been pinned.

Again you''ve been crying,
But I cannot fix it,
You''re tearing my heart out,
Your soul has been hit.

I threaten again,
To kill whomever yelled,
Whomever hurt you,
In my hands you are held.

But when you tell me,
Those cuts are just scratches,
You lie to my face,
You''ve just cut me too.

And now you''ve gotten,
Me against that wall,
You beg me not to tell.

And you suddenly shrink,
So tiny and helpless,
I have to say,
"Tell what?" again.

Be obscure clearly. ~E.B. White
