Knock Knock

Knock Knock

They're knocking on the door and they want to be let out
It has been plastered and tied shut for years
But they want to be let out
They don't care
Who's there?
They don't speak
Just stare
With eyes like broken mirrors
They keep knocking and they want to be let out
They're breaking the plaster
They're snapping the ropes
They are banging and they want to be let out
Their mouths are open
But their brains aren't listening
Scratching at the door they leave marks of red
Who's there?
But they are not knocking anymore
All that's left is pulled hair and torn skin on my floor
But they were just demons
And I was a door
