You only get to profile the words I feed you
Truth and lies, you buy them all alike.
Pathetic is your discernment left to distinguish
Among the poetical rubbles of a verse.
Here and there, you're a beggar
A vagabond beseeching crumbs of
Colloquialisms which veracity is left to be
Proven, yet unwelcomed and intrusive
You remain.
Confused and bewilder you will forever linger
By the hem of my skirt,
Letting your self-esteem dangle in a bungee
Jump cord, I pray breaks.
But in the meantime,
I will feed you an idiom of riddles
The metaphoric conundrum you so addicted to,
Because the enigmas of my life is the only thing
You deserve, no entitlements?
Just beggary

Foot Note: No need torate, after all this is my journal, not a poetical forum. lol
